Bugakov, Yuri Fedorovich

Born on January 25, 1938 in the city of Novosibirsk . Russian After graduation, he served as a border guard in the Arctic . He began his career as a driver, then worked as a special correspondent for the district newspaper, then as an instructor in the propaganda and agitation department of the Horde Party District Committee. He studied in absentia at the Novosibirsk Agricultural Institute.

In 1968 he moved to the village of Verkh-Irmen, Ordynsky District, Novosibirsk Region. He worked as deputy chairman of the collective farm and secretary of the party organization. In 1970, he graduated from the Novosibirsk Agricultural Institute, and in 1972 he became chairman of the Bolshevik collective farm, subsequently renamed first to AOZT Irmen, and later to ZAO Plemenzavod IRMEN, which he still manages.

CJSC "Plemenzavod" IRMEN "is engaged in breeding for the cultivation of dairy cows. Irmen burenki produce up to 7.4 thousand liters of milk per year. This is the highest figure among the farms of the Novosibirsk region, which exceeds the average regional almost three times. The pedigree young stock delivers Oblast and other regions of Russia. The yield of grain, which is produced here by intensive technology, almost doubles the indicators for the district and the region.

On his account, the introduction of dozens of scientific developments, new production technologies, forms of labor organization and ways to increase the efficiency of economic activity. To the credit of Yu. F. Bugakov, the Irmenians put both tough, sometimes cruel discipline, and a whole system of incentives in effect: from the delivery of diplomas, awards, sanatorium vouchers to the allocation of comfortable housing.

By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of October 2, 1987, for outstanding services to the development of agriculture, Yury Fedorovich Bugakov was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle Medal.

In 2000, Yu. F. Bugakov headed the public council on the development of the agro-industrial complex under the head of the Novosibirsk Region Administration.

On December 11, 2005, Yu. F. Bugakov was elected a deputy of the Novosibirsk Regional Council of Deputies. He works in the agrarian committee. He is the deputy chairman of the Novosibirsk Regional Council of Deputies.

Member of the United Russia Party. The author of a monograph, a number of articles in the regional and central press on the problems of agricultural development at the present stage.
