Botanical Description
Representatives of the alsevosmiiaceae are shrubs with simple leaves arranged alternately, whorled, or in a spiral. The edges of the leaves are whole or jagged. Single flowers are located on the tops of shoots or in the sinuses, they can also be collected in shields or, rarely, brushes . The fruit is a berry .
Range
Alsevosmia found in Australia , New Caledonia and New Zealand .
