The Harbin Apostolic Administration ( Latin: Administratio Apostolica Harbina ) is the apostolic administration of the Roman Catholic Church with its center in Harbin , China . The Harbin Apostolic Administration extends its jurisdiction over part of the territory of Heilongjiang Province. The Harbin Apostolic Administration reports directly to the Holy See . The Cathedral of the Harbin Apostolic Administration is the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Harbin.

History
On May 23, 1931, the Holy See established the Harbin Apostolic Administration, separating it from the Vladivostok Diocese .
In 1959, the Chinese authorities created a single church structure of the Chinese patriotic church with a center in Harbin, combining the Heilongjiang Diocese and the Harbin Apostolic Administration.
Currently, the ordinator of Harbin's canonical apostolic administration is the apostolic prefect of the apostolic prefecture of Qiqihar , which is not recognized by the Chinese government.
