It is part of the Glushkovsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Glushkovsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Belozersk is 10 km, to the center of the municipal formation of the village of Glushkovo - 3 km. The nearest settlements are Esipovo , Kolodino , Sadovaya .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 25 people (10 men, 15 women). The predominant nationality is Russian (88%) [2] .
