Belozersk City is part of the urban settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - into the Kunostsky Village Council.
Located on the banks of the Maexa River. The distance to the regional center of Belozersk by road is 4 km. The nearest settlements are Belozersk , Kunost , Markovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 474 people (217 men, 257 women). The predominant nationality is Russian (98%) [2] .
