History
The Shevninsky rural settlement was established on January 1, 2006 according to the Law of the Kirov Region dated December 7, 2004 No. 284-ЗО [2] .
The law of the Kirov region dated April 28, 2012 No. 141-ЗО [3] , Andreevsky rural settlement , Bogdanovsky rural settlement , Petryaevsky rural settlement , Rozhdestvensky rural settlement , Russian-Timkinskoye rural settlement , Tsepochkinskoye rural settlement and Shevninsky rural settlement are united in Urzhumsky rural settlement with the administrative center in the village of Bogdanovo.
Settlements
The rural settlement included 3 settlements: [4] [5] the village of Shevnino , the villages of Sobakino and Shuran.
According to some sources, the village also includes the village of Bazhino. [6]
