Form

The manufacturer of the club uniform is Adidas . The main sponsor of the club, whose logo is depicted on a T-shirt, is Samsung . The home kit was presented on the Chelsea website on April 12. The home kit is a blue uniform, stripes on the shoulders, the emblems of Adidas, Samsung and the club are enriched with gold ^[1] . For the first time in this form, the team played against Blackburn Rovers in the 38th round of the Premier League season 2011/12 . The exit form was presented on the site on June 7 . The visiting kit is a white form with a diagonal stripe of sea-green color on the chest ^[2] . The third set was presented on July 26, 2012 , it is a black T-shirt with bright yellow graphics ^[3] .
