Bishop Victor ( Lyutikov ; d. August 27 ( September 8 ) 1897 , Budarino ) - bishop of the Old Orthodox Church of Christ (Old Believers accepting the Belokrinitsky hierarchy) , bishop of Ural and Orenburg .

From the Ural Cossacks [1] . A native of the village of Budarino . At the age of 18, having left his parents, he settled at the Old Believer monastery and then took monastic tonsure [2] .
In the fall of 1875, he was elected candidate for bishop at the Consecrated Council, along with Hierodeacon Sylvester (Malyshev) and Justin Kartushin [3] . December 18, 1875 ordained to the episcopate [3] .
November 24, 1876 in Moscow participated in the ordination of the Bishop of Nizhny Novgorod and Kostroma Cyril [3] .
Allegedly, at the end of his life he was granted the gift of healing and prophecy [4] .
He died on August 27, 1897 and was buried in his homeland, in the Budarinsky village [2] .
