Biography
Konstantin Nikolaevich was born on August 17, 1956 in Omsk . After graduating from school in 1973, he entered the Omsk Chemical-Mechanical College. He graduated with honors and in 1976 was drafted into the army. For three years he served in the Pacific Ocean in the Amur Flotilla. In 1979, he entered the correspondence faculty of rubber technology at the All-Union Institute of Textile and Light Industry .
At the same time, in August 1979, he left for Nefteyugansk , where he got a job as an operator for oil production and refining in Yuganskneftegaz . He worked as a senior operator, shift manager. In 1981, having returned to Omsk, he began working as a process engineer for the 35/6 installation of the Omsk oil refinery . A year later, he was transferred to the head of the installation, then the deputy head of the workshop. After receiving a diploma from the institute in 1987, he was appointed head of workshop No. 5 of factory No. 2, then became the chief technologist of this factory. Two years later, they were approved as the head of the central research laboratory, and in 1993 - deputy general director of the Nefteorgsintez Production Association for foreign economic relations.
In 1995, after the tragic death of Ivan Litskevich, he acted as general director of the Omsk refinery and was later approved by the meeting of shareholders. In 1996, he moved from the head of the plant to the vice-presidents of the Siberian Oil Company . In 1998-2001 - First Vice President of Sibneft , since the beginning of 2001 - Vice President of Sibneft. Since 1998 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sibneft.
