Cooking
The ingredients are prepared for several days. It is prepared in bulk from peeled, washed in warm water and sprouted barley . Barley is laid out on a tablecloth and left for 2-3 days, covered with a blanket on top. Sprouted barley seeds are dried in the sun. Next, wheat is fried in an oven. Then the wheat and barley are ground. The resulting mass is poured with warm water and stands for a day.

The question of what the touch belongs to - soups or drinks has not yet been finally resolved. They use it both in a plate with a spoon and in a glass. If you characterize it by composition and cooking technology, this is soup. However, the uniform, liquid consistency and the absence of secondary elements indicates that the touch is a drink.
