The officer company is one of the first units of the Volunteer Army .
History
On November 4 (17), 1917, in Novocherkassk, the headquarters captain V. D. Parfyonov formed the Combined Officer Company, numbering about 40 people. On November 15 (28), it was deployed in an Officer Company of 150-200 people under the command of Staff Captain Nekrashevich.
On the night of the night of November 26 (December 9), as part of the detachment of Colonel I.K. Khovansky, the company came forward to take Rostov , participated in the battle for the Nakhichevan station and the assault on the city. On November 28 (December 11), a company without one platoon was withdrawn to Novocherkassk.
In early December, platoons were deployed in 4 separate companies (Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5), which were supposed to be deployed in battalions. The 3rd Officer Company was composed of officers of the guard regiments. On December 13 (26), the 5th Officer Company was renamed the 1st.
