The flag was approved on February 17, 2012 by the decision of the Prirechensky Village Council of Deputies dated February 17, 2012 No. 18-61r [1] and entered in the State Heraldry Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 7539.
The flag of the Prirechensky village council reflects historical, cultural, socio-economic, national and other local traditions.
Description
“Rectangular double-sided cloth of crimson color, with the ratio of width to length 2: 3. On the panel - a forked cross of blue color, narrowly bordered with white (total shoulder width is 1/5 of the width of the panel, the border is 1/45 of the width of the panel, the middle line of the diagonal shoulders divides the edges of the panel in a 3: 1 ratio). Under the cross there are five (1, 2, 2) yellow stones with sharp and round ledges alternately (stones from the coat of arms of the Prirechensky village council). In the middle of the cloth below (under the stones) is a part of the black ball (the height of this part is 1/2 the width of the cloth, the radius of the ball is 1/4 the width of the cloth), along the upper edge of which is a yellow pickaxe with a pen. ”
Symbolization Justification
The symbolism of the flag of the Prirechensky village council is ambiguous:
- a forked blue cross - symbolizes the confluence of the Chulym and Uzhurka rivers , on the arrow of which the Prirechensky village council is located. Blue color (light blue ) is a symbol of exalted aspirations, sincerity, devotion, rebirth;
- five stones - a symbol of the five settlements that make up a single settlement - the villages of Prirechensk , Arabkaevo , Belopolsk , Chernoozersk and the village of Parilovo . Stones and a miner pick - symbolize the company "UZHURGIPS", whose office is located in the village of Prirechensk, and which produces gypsum stone in the village council. Stone is a symbol of hardness, durability, constancy, majesty of forms;
- a black ball - a speaking symbol of Lake Black and the village of Chernoozersk. Black color symbolizes prudence, wisdom, modesty, honesty;
- the crimson color of the cloth - symbolizes the antiquity of these lands rich in archaeological finds, including settlements of the Scythian time (VII-II century BC). The crimson cloth of the Prirechensky village council is consonant with the crimson color of the flag of the Uzhursky district , indicating friendly relations between the two municipalities. Raspberry color ( purple ) is also a symbol of power, fame, honor, nobility of origin.
Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of wealth, stability, respect and intelligence, vitality.
White color ( silver ) is a symbol of purity, perfection, peace and understanding.
