Description
“A rectangular double-sided panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, consisting of two horizontal stripes of raspberry and blue (in a ratio of 5: 1). In the middle of the upper part of the cloth there is a yellow crane with its beak open and its wings raised, with its right paw holding a white survey compass. In the middle of the blue part of the banner are two white perches floating in the waves with yellow eyes, fins and tails. ”
Justification of Symbols
In 1887, the first immigrants from the Oryol and Kursk provinces arrived in Achinsk to master the Siberian expanses under the Tsar’s Decree. Then the immigrants together with the land surveyor went to the place of settlement, where they were allotted land plots. The first settlement was called Krutoyarka, later renamed the village of Mikhailovka .
The Mikhailovsky Village Council unites two settlements: the village of Mikhailovka and the village of Kosogol. Not far from this village, archaeological excavations are underway in the area of Lake Bolshoy Kosogol and the Serezha River (crossing the land of the Mikhailovsky Village Council). Many ritual objects were found here: a deer in a gallop (personification of the heavenly body), a goose (a religious thing intended for religious rites) and others.
The flag of the Mikhailovsky Village Council symbolically reflects the history, geography and other features of the settlement. The symbolism of the flag is ambiguous:
- the figure of the golden crane - personifies the fauna of these places located between the two state reserves "Solgonsky ridge" and "Birch oak forest", in which rare species of birds and animals are preserved - the gray crane , the common crane , peregrine falcon , elk and others. On the flag of the village council, a singing crane is an image of the natural wealth of the land here;
- land survey compass - an allegory of the beginning of the development of these lands by migrants from Central Russia;
- the blue part of the cloth with perches floating on it - symbolizes the water bodies located on the territory of the settlement - the Serezha River, the Lakes Small and Big Kosogol and many other rivers and canals and their rich fish world.
Raspberry color ( purple ) - a symbol of power, fame, honor, noble origin, antiquity.
Blue color (light blue ) is a symbol of exalted aspirations, sincerity, devotion, rebirth.
Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of wealth, stability, respect and intelligence, vitality.
White color ( silver ) is a symbol of purity, openness, divine wisdom, reconciliation.
