Guaykeri type patrol ships are a type of Venezuelan Navy ships. Built on the Spanish project Avante 2200 . In some sources, they are referred to as the type POVZEE ( Spanish Patrullero Oceánico de Vigilancia de la Zona Económica Exclusiva ) [1] and are classified as corvettes [2] . A total of 4 ships were built. The cost of the program amounted to 2.3 billion US dollars, given the construction of ships of the Avante 1400 project [3] .
