The 1983 country hit list, No. 1, includes the most popular country music genre, which led Billboard magazine's American hit country parade Hot 1983 Songs in 1983 [1] [2] .

History
- Two songs by country singer Ricky Skaggs in 1983 led the Hot Country Songs (“ I Wouldn't Change You If I Could ” on March 19 and “ Highway 40 Blues ” on July 9) and became 4th and 5th out of 11 his charttopers. In addition, the singer had 4 albums No. 1 Top Country Albums and a record seven leaders on the Billboard Bluegrass Albums chart (launched in 2002) [3] .
