It begins on the slopes of the South-reed ridge between the mountains of Paris and the Kuban [3] . It flows east through a fir-birch forest [3] . It flows into the Sea of Okhotsk at the Dudino railway station. It flows through the territory of the Dolinsky urban district of the Sakhalin region [4] .
The width of the river just above the mouth of the Snake is 20 meters, the depth is 0.6 meters [5] .
The main tributaries are Churochka (lv), Snake (pr), Robin (pr), Chertushka (pr) [3] [5] .
