Biography
Born on November 14, 1852. Educated in a private pansion and infantry cadet school.
Released November 15, 1876 by an ensign in the army infantry. He served in the 84th Shirvan Infantry Regiment .
Produced on June 12, 1877 in Lieutenant Lemkul took part in the campaign against the Turks in Transcaucasia . September 8, 1878 received the rank of lieutenant .
In 1880, Lemkul was sent to the Transcaspian region , fought with the Turkmen in the Akhal-Teke oasis and at the head of the 9th company of the Shirvan regiment distinguished itself during the siege of Geok-Tepe. Continuing his service in the 84th Shirvan Infantry Regiment of Lemkul on June 18, 1881, he was promoted to captain and then received the rank of captain (March 15, 1888), lieutenant colonel (February 26, 1898) and colonel (November 26, 1901). For 16 years and 10 months, he commanded a company in the Shirvan regiment, commanded a battalion for almost 8 months , and more than a year headed the regimental farm.
On August 30, 1904, Lemkul was appointed commander of the 83rd Samur Infantry Regiment .
He was killed on July 17, 1906 during the uprising of soldiers of the Samur regiment in Deschlagar [2] , and was excluded from the lists on August 12.
