In the early 1930s, the Bolonsky village council was part of the Nizhnetambovskiy district of the Far Eastern region . On November 22, 1932, the district was renamed Komsomolsky .
On June 21, 1934, the Bolonsky s / s was transferred to the Nanai district .
On December 30, 1962, the Bolonsky s / s was transferred to the Amursky Industrial District, from there, on February 14, 1963 - to the Komsomolsk rural area, on January 30, 1964 - to the Nanai rural area. From January 14, 1965, the Bolonsky s / s was part of the Nanai District.
March 31, 1977 Bolonsky s / s was transferred to the Amur region. On February 13, 1978, the Bologna s / s was renamed the Achansky Village Soviet . In 1992, the Achansky Village Council was transformed into the administration of the village of Achan, and in 2004 into the rural settlement “Achan Village” [2] .
