Physical Properties

Potassium bromate forms colorless crystals of trigonal syngony , space group R 3m , cell parameters a = 0.6015 nm, c = 0.8142 nm, Z = 3.

It is well soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol , not soluble in acetone .
