The flag was approved on March 13, 2012 by the decision of the Solgon Village Council of Deputies No. 19-50 [1] and on July 2, 2012 it was added to the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 7751 [2] .
The flag of the Solgon village council reflects historical, cultural, socio-economic, national and other local traditions.
Description
βA rectangular double-sided panel of red color with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, bordered on the left, top and right by a double border of green and yellow, with a total width of 1/15 of the width of the panel (the ratio of colors inside the border is 2: 1), and passing below in the tri-mountain green color. In the middle of the cloth, there is a yellow lynx, walking along the trihedral mountains, with black eyes and tassels on the ears. "
Justification of Symbols
Along the eastern borders of the Solgon village council is the Solgonsky Ridge State Reserve, which served as the theme of the village council flag. Lynx is a rare animal that is distinguished by intelligence, caution, and dexterity, both on the ground and on trees. Lynx on the red field - a symbol of the animal world listed in the Red Book .
Trekhgorye is an allegory of the Salgon Range , a mountain range forming a narrow bridge between the Kuznetsk Alatau and East Sayan .
Green color - symbolizes the land of the Solgon village council. Green color symbolizes spring, health, nature, youth and hope.
The yellow part of the border is an allegory of the border of the reserve. Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of wealth, stability, respect and intelligence, vitality.
Red color - symbolizes the territory of the reserve, a symbol of the beauty of the places surrounding the village. Red color is also a symbol of labor, courage, life-affirming power, holiday.
