In the middle of the green part - a yellow sheaf set on a curved strip tied with a red ribbon, in the middle of the yellow part - three blue cornflowers with yellow cores, and in the middle of the blue part - white grayling. "

The symbolism of the flag of the Prilezhsky Village Council is ambiguous:

- three cornflower flowers - a symbol of the three settlements that make up a single settlement - the village of Priluzhye , the villages of Svetlaya and Turguzhan . Like meadow flowers, cornflowers indirectly indicate the name of the village (in the meadow) and the village council of the same name;

- curved belt - symbolizes the hilly nature of the area in which the lands of the Priluzhsky village council are located;

- sheaf - symbolizes the basis of the economic activity of the settlement - the cultivation of grain crops and meat and dairy farming. A sheaf is a symbol of the completion of agricultural work, a symbol of successful labor, a symbol of unity;

- the blue part of the cloth with grayling is a symbol of the Chulym river, supporting the land of the village council from the south. Fish is a symbol of water, its keeper.

Green color symbolizes spring, health, nature, youth and hope.

Blue color (light blue ) is a symbol of exalted aspirations, sincerity, devotion, rebirth.

Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of wealth, stability, respect and intelligence, vitality.

Red color is a symbol of labor, courage, life-affirming power, beauty and celebration.
