“Robinson Crusoe” ( Spanish: “Las Aventuras de Robinson Crusoe” ) is a feature film directed by Luis Bunuel based on Daniel Defoe ’s novel “Life and the Amazing Adventures of Robinson Crusoe ”. One of two (along with " Girl ") Bunuel films filmed in English [1] . The film premiered on August 5, 1954 .

Content
Story
A screen version of the novel "Life and the Amazing Adventures of Robinson Crusoe " by Daniel Defoe .
Robinson Crusoe, a sailor from York , is shipwrecked, while escaping and ends up on a desert island. Of the crew of the ship, Crusoe is left alone. He begins his imprisonment on the island with a cat and a dog.
Life on the island is full of various difficulties and dangers, both of natural origin and emanating from savage cannibals and pirates .
