Solar Fire is a concept album created under the influence of the Planet symphonic suite (Op. 32) by the English composer Gustav Holst , written in 1914-1916 [1] [2] . The release of this album was preceded by the single " Joybringer ", a variation on the fourth part of the suite - "Jupiter, The Bringer of Jollity" ( Russian. Jupiter, which brings joy ), which became the first hit of the group (# 9 UK Singles Chart ) and included in the album as bonus track when reissuing 1998 [3] [4] . The first composition of the album is the processing of the song “Father of Night” by Bob Dylan from the 1970 New Morning album, the rest were written by the band members.
