Infiniti QX60

The Infiniti QX60 is a seven-seat crossover developed by Infiniti , a division of the prestigious Japanese automaker Nissan . Introduced in April 2012 in the United States as a 2013 model year model. The company announced the appearance of a new car in April 2011, while revealing its name [3] . Later, Infiniti talked about the new engines, as well as where the finished crossover will be shown [4] . The concept version debuted at the 2011 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance , and a production model was presented at the Los Angeles Auto Show 2011 [5] . The car is based on the Nissan D extended platform, the JX is also the first full-size Infiniti crossover with three rows of seats. In 2012, Nissan announced that the mid-size Nissan Pathfinder SUV would be on the same platform as the 2013 JX [6] .

In 2012, the company announced early sales in Russia [7] . The Russian version was shown in 2012 at the Moscow Motor Show [8] . Prices in Russia range from 3 million rubles [9] . Sales began in April 2013 in 4 trim levels - Elegance, Premium, Elite and Hi-Tech [10] .

In 2013, the car, like other cars of the company, was renamed and received the new name QX60 to replace the old JX .

Restyling

 
Restyled QX60

The car was restyled in 2016, when the grille was changed, new wheels and two new shades for the body appeared. The interior has not changed much. The previous engine has become more powerful (power increased to 299 liters. From. ). Restyling was called, among other things, to refine the deficiencies in the suspension and safety (the Safety Shield system appeared) [11] .
