Career
Schneider began his career at Magdeburg , where he spent the first four years of his career.
Then, after spending one season at the Brandenburg Stali , he moved to Hansa , where he spent 62 matches in two seasons.
From 1996 to 1999, Schneider played for Dortmund Borussia , with whom he won the 1996/97 Champions League , after which he returned to the Hansa.
In 2001, Schneider moved to Hamburg , never played in one season.
Finished out a career in Osnabruck and Warnemünde.
Schneider spent 8 games for the youth team of Germany , where he scored 1 goal. He also played one match for the German national team , with which he went to the 1996 European Championships in England , where he won gold together with the national team.
