Biography
He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1973. He worked in the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia , in diplomatic missions abroad.
- 1990-1996 - Counselor of the Embassy of the USSR / Russian Federation in the French Republic .
- 1999—2001 - Deputy Director of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
- August 15, 2001 - April 21, 2006 - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Senegal and the Republic of the Gambia , concurrently [1] [2] [3] .
- April 21, 2006 - November 19, 2009 - Director of the Secretariat Department of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
