The village is located on the left bank of the Lovat River, at the mouth of the Vitsa River, at the P51 highway ( Shimsk - Nevel ). The subfiles are located at an altitude of 53 m [4] above sea level . Downstream Lovati are the villages of Dunaevo and Vetno , upstream the village of Novaya .
