The Higher School of Public Audit of Moscow State University [1] was founded in 2006. The purpose of the faculty is to train specialists in the field of state audit and financial control. The scientific director of the faculty is Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, Head of the Office of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, Sergei Mikhailovich Shakhrai .
