Career

Club

Vasiliadis began his career at the Greek club PAOK , which played in the Greek Championship . He played at PAOK for six seasons and was the team captain. After an impressive start, he moved to the club of the Spanish Unicaja championship . In the 2006–07 season, he also performed quite successfully, becoming a prominent club and international figure in games on the European arena. With Unicaja in the 2006 season he became the champion of Spain.

On July 12, 2007, he signed a contract with the Greek super club Olympiacos , which in Greece is the implacable rival of PAOK. He helped the team finish second in the Greek championship in the 2007–08 season. In the 2008–09 season, Vasiliadis returned to PAOK, which during this period regained its position and needed strong players and became captain. However, before the start of the 2008–09 season, the player left for Italy , where he played for “ Montegranaro Basket Sutor ”. In August 2009 he moved to Spain , where he spent the season at Obradoiro .
