History
On January 20, 2010, Pope Benedict XVI issued the bull Cum esset petitum , which established the Hosanne Apostolic Vicariate, separating it from the Soddo-Hosanne Apostolic Vicariate (today, the Soddo Apostolic Vicariate ). The pastoral care of the apostolic vicar of Hosanne was entrusted to the monks from the monastic order of the Capuchins .
