Description of the reservoir
The reservoir is a large elongated pond with a slight extension to the north. The pond was dug at the beginning of the 20th century . There is no reservoir on the map of the 17th century , and on the map of 1968, a pond [1] is indicated inside the Izmailovo state farm through which the power transmission line passes.
The pond got its name precisely from what was inside the state farm. In the 1950s, due to the proximity of technical facilities, and the constant washing of field equipment, the pond was contaminated with gasoline and oil [2] .
Currently, recreation areas are arranged around the pond: on the west bank, under the white willows , reminiscent of balls, there are benches; in the east - places for sunbathing.
