M-87 "Orkan" [1] - the Yugoslav and Serbian multiple launch rocket system of caliber 262 mm, which is in service with several countries of the former Yugoslavia and Iraq [2] .

Content
Purpose
The main weapons of the Orkan MLRS are cluster warheads, which are used to destroy manpower, tanks, mechanized and motorized combat units, as well as enemy aircraft. It is used in air and sea landing, attacks on command posts and strategically important structures, as fire support for other artillery and tactical ballistic missiles, as well as for the destruction of enemy aircraft located on the ground directly in the open, rear structures, temporary military and industrial facilities and terrorist bases. Armed for self-defense with a 12.7 mm machine gun and 24 anti-tank mines.

- 262 mm rocket with cluster warhead equipped with 288 pcs. cumulative fragmentation elements KB-2.
262 mm missiles are delivered in containers weighing 432 kg.
