Nectar Demerdzhi is an ordinary white dessert wine produced by the Crimean winery Alushta , which is part of the Massandra plant [1] . Wine has been made since 2000 according to the technology introduced by the main winemaker Alushta, Yu. F. Makagonov [2] [3] .
It is made from grapes Sauvignon green - 70% and White Kokur - 30%. For the production of this wine, a necessary condition is to achieve a mass fraction of sugar in grapes of 23%. Relatively small areas of plantings of grape varieties "Sauvignon green" allow to produce wine in the amount of not more than 2000 decalitres .
Characteristics of the wine: alcohol - 16%, sugar - 17 g / 100 cubic meters. cm, titratable acid - 4-7 g / cu. dm. The color is golden. Bouquet with hints of honey and pear [1] [4] .
At the international competition "Yalta. Golden Griffin-2003 ” [5] [6] the wine was awarded the silver medal [1] [2] [7] . At a professional tasting competition at the 10th International Specialized Exhibition "Alco + Soft 2005" [8], the wine was awarded a silver medal [9] .
