History
At the end of the winter of 1954, a squad of virgin soil led by the first director of the state farm, Georgy Vasilyevich Mazonko, arrived on the shore of Lake Sarykol. In fact, the non-existent still state farm was called “Balyktinsky” [5] (created on the basis of the collective farms “Balykty” (p. Balykty) and “III International” (p. Beloyarovka) and p. Uyskoye (kolkhoz named after Kalinin). a person, mainly Minsk dwellers - hence the new name of the farm: the state farm “Minsky.” Houses, streets, industrial and socio-cultural objects appeared [5] . Until 1957, the state farm was part of Vvedensky district (the district center — vvedenka , located in 30 km from the village of Vyshneve), after the unification of the districts, the state farm became part of Mendigarinsk about the district (district center - Borovskoye village ). In the mid-1960s, he became part of the Fedorovskiy district. The first director of the Minsky state farm was Vasilyevich Mazonko, who worked in the state farm system since 1931. A skilled organizer, he managed to rally the team, coped with plans for the development of the virgin lands, housing construction, necessary cultural and residential facilities. 12 thousand hectares of new land were raised here. In 1956, the economy handed over 114,160 centners of grain to the state with a plan of 89 thousand centners, for which its director received the Order of Lenin, and many workers are also honored awards The million-plus state farm had its famous leaders: A. A. Skakun, A. B. Bekmukhambetov, D. Kostyuchenko, N. F. Evenko, P. A. Landik, A. S. Kluysh, and other workers who made a great contribution in the development of villages of the state farm [5] . After gaining independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the situation in the countryside changed. Most farms have become private, non-state. The very concept of "state farm" was replaced by the concepts of KP (collective enterprise), later PC (production cooperative). They were replaced by several peasant farms and the base farm of Abaiisk LLP of the Ivolga-Holding Corporation. But, in spite of everything, the state farm annually gives the highest percentage of yields in the district and region. So in 1994, the Minsk mine industrial plant collected 17.1 centners per hectare. By the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbayev for many years of work in agriculture and active participation in the harvest of 1994, the mechanic operator of the Minskoye Enterprise, V.V. Germal, was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan [5] .
