Deus ex Machina ( Russian: “God from the car” ) is the debut studio album of the Norwegian singer Liv Kristin , released on March 2, 1998. In this album, Liv Kristin wrote the lyrics for only two songs: “Deus Ex Machina” and “In the Heart of Juliet ". The song “3 am” is performed in a duet with Nick Holmes , vocalist of Paradise Lost .
