Rukutama , in the upper reaches of Vitnitsa is a river on the island of Sakhalin . It flows into Lake Nevskoye . It flows through the territory of the Poronaysky urban district of the Sakhalin region . The total length of the river is 120 km, its catchment area is 1100 km² [2] . The sources of the river lie at the foot of the Ivashkevichevsky pass.
