Desnyanskiy district (Chernihiv)

The area of ​​Desnyanskiy district of Chernihiv is 46.38 km² (58.71% of the total area of ​​the city). The border between Desnyanskiy and Novozavodskiy districts runs along Prospect Mira. Desnyanskiy district is located east of the avenue, only a few houses are located to the west, but they belong to Mira Avenue. The district includes such historical areas: Detinets , Tretiak, Foothills, Okolny Castle, Kovalevka, Birch, Five Corners, Cordoba, Elovshchina, Remzavod , ZAZ, Bobrovitsky housing estate, Bobrovitsa.

In the south, the Desna River flows, and in the east its tributary Swifts .
