Geography

The village is located on the Psenaf river, 22 km southeast of the administrative center of the Krasnogvardeisky village district.

History

The village was founded in 1881. In 1910, I.P. Sidorov was the largest landowner in the farm, in whose name the farm was probably named. Before the revolution, Bolshesidorovskoye was the Sidorov farm, but after the renaming of the Popovsky farm into Maly Sidorov, the village was also renamed and received its modern name [3] .
