Strelach is a lake in the north of the Chelyabinsk region , located south of the ZATO Snezhinsk and east of the city of Vishnevogorsk .

The area of Lake Silach is 18.4 [2] km². The greatest depth is 4 m, the average is 2.5 m. In winter, the ice thickness can reach 90 cm. The bottom is mostly muddy, sometimes sandy, with stone ledges. The channel connects to Sungul Lake (both lakes are an integral part of the Kaslinsko-Irtyash system of lakes ).
Pike , perch , roach , crucian carp , tench , ide , ruff , burbot , and ripus live in the lake.
There are islands in the western part of the lake.
