Kapaliai elder ( lit. Kepalių seniūnija ) [5] - one of the 10 elders of the Ioniski district , Siauliai county of Lithuania . The administrative center is the village of Kirnaichiai [3] .

Geography
Located in the Zemgale lowland in the north of Lithuania, in the southeastern part of the Ioniski region [6] .
It borders with the Krukaisky headman in the east, Gatauciaisky in the southwest and south, Ioniski in the west and northwest, Saugelauksky in the north and northeast, and the Pashvitinsky headman of the Pakruoi district in the southeast and south.
