The variety is named Le Bienhereux de la Salle, later renamed Madame Isaak Pereire in honor of Fanny Perrier (Fanny Pereire) - the wife of Isaac Pereira (1806–1880) - French financier , industrialist , publisher and philanthropist [1] [4] .

Tetraploid [5] .
Height 185-250 cm.
Flowers in the hands up to 5 pieces, double, cupped, lodged, dark pink, with a diameter of about 12.7 cm. The aroma is strong, reminiscent of the aroma of ripe raspberries .

Long shoots that bloom only at the ends are recommended to pin to the ground so that they bloom along the entire length for the next year. 'Madame Isaac Pereire' can be grown as a bush or climbing rose on a support [3] .
It combines well with perennial plants with dark blue flowers, such as delphinium , larkspur , sage , or Siberian iris [6] .
'Madame Ernest Calvat' - is a shoot-out mutation of 'Madame Isaac Pereire', distinguished by flowers of a more delicate lavender-pink color [7] .
