History
The company was founded in 1958, through the union of collective farm lands.
SE “Privetnoye” has a branch in the village of Zelenogorye .
The main activity of the state enterprise “Privetnoe” is winemaking. The area of vineyards is 361 ha. Varietal composition of stands is presented:
- Technical grades: Albillo, Bastardo Magarachsky, Cevat Kara, White Kokur, Kefesiya, Cabernet Sauvignon , Saperavi , Madera, Mourvedra , Ekim Kara, Chardonnay , etc.
- Table varieties: Asma, Rapture, Grochanka, Italy, Moldova, Early Magaracha, Muscat of Hamburg, Muscat amber, Sabbat and others [2] .
The company grows fruits (orchard area 50 ha) and American cultivar tobacco (planted area 30 ha) [3] .
In ancient guides dedicated to winemaking in this area, there was information that in Uskut there were the best vine cutters in Crimea [3] .
