Club

Mustafa Haji began his football career in France, since 1991, playing for Nancy for five seasons. In 1996, the midfielder moved to the Lisbon Sporting , for which he played for season 1. The next 2 seasons, the Moroccan spent in the championship of Spain , defending the colors of “Deportivo” , after which he played for the English clubs “ Coventry City ” and “ Aston Villa ” for five years. In 2004, Haji returned to the Spanish Championship for six months, moving to Espanyol . In the 2004/2005 season, the Moroccan midfielder played in the UAE for the Al Ain club, after which he returned to Europe (to the German Saarbrücken ). In 2007, Haji moved to the Fola club in Luxembourg, where he completed his player career three years later.

Mustafa Haji played for the national team of Morocco from 1993 to 2004. As part of the national team, the midfielder participated in the final tournaments of the World Championships 1994 (3 matches) and 1998 (3 matches, 1 goal), as well as in the qualifying tournaments for the 1994 World Cup (1 match), 1998 (6 matches, 1 goal) and 2002 (6 matches, 1 goal) [1] .
