History
It was created on October 12, 1940 as the Gantsevichi village council as part of the Gantsevichi district of the Pinsk region with its center in the village of Gantsevichi. Since January 8, 1954 - in the Brest region. July 16, 1954 renamed Lubashevsky. From December 25, 1962 to July 30, 1966 as part of the Lyakhovichi district .
