Vladimir Alexandrovich Bayunov (born 1952) is a Russian politician. Member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

Biography
V. A. Bayunov was born on July 31, 1952 in the village of Klimotino (now Bezhetsk District, Tver Region ). He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanization of Kalinin Agricultural Institute and RAGS under the President of Russia, he worked at the Bezhetskselmash plant. Was at a party job. Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation I — II convocations from the Bezhetsk single-mandate district. Member of the Communist Party faction. December 19, 1999, ran for the post of governor of the Tver region. He surrendered 0.5% to the current governor, the representative of the Unity party, V. I. Platov , who was subsequently put on trial for exceeding his authority [1] .
