Board

Kazan Khan came to power after the death of Chagataid Mohammed Pulada in 1342 . In 1345, he moved his capital to the city of Karshi ( Uzbekistan ). In sources it is also called Kazan-Timur. His reign was troubled.

After the death of Kazan Khan, the Chagatai ulus fell into two separate states: Maverannahr and Mogolistan . Emir Hussein , grandson of the emir of Kazagan, was married to his daughter Sarai-mulk hanym , after the death of which Timur married her. In Maverannahr (the interfluve of the Syr Darya and Amu Darya ), the power of the Chagataids no longer restored.

Death

In 1346 [1] he became a victim of the Kazagan conspiracy. He was killed in battle. Instead of Kazan Khan, the power was seized by the Necingizid Emir Kazagan.
