The main objective of the enterprise is the construction, supply and repair of ships ( small , large , wooden fleet, and other watercraft ). Since its foundation, more than 200 units of small and large tonnage vessels and boats have been built and repaired.

History
In Primorsko-Akhtarsk until 1962 there was an enterprise Akhtarskaya ship repair and technical station (SRTS). Office of the fishing industry of the Krasnodar CHX. Decree of the Krasnodar CHX No. 140 of May 28, 1962 and the order. Fisheries Administration No. 104 of June 2, 1962, it was decided to eliminate the SRTS.
- Since July 01, 1962, all material assets have been sold. One of the buyers of fixed and working capital was the October fishing collective farm.
- On June 7, 1962, the Board of the Krasnodar Rybakkolkhozsoyuz Board adopted Decree No. 6 on the creation of the Primorsko-Akhtarsk Inter-collective farm shipyard, and production activity began on July 15, 1962.
- On August 2, 1962, the “Regulation on the Inter-collective farm shipyard” was approved, and on July 27, 1963 this provision was approved by the decision of the Krasnodar Territory Executive Committee No. 334 and registered by the Primorsko-Akhtarsky Executive Committee.
According to the regulation, the Primorsko-Akhtarskaya shipyard was created at the expense of fisheries and was their common property. One of the founders of the Shipyard - Oktyabr fish farm - acquired the main and circulating assets acquired from the liquidated SRTS and were transferred to the Shipyard in the form of a long-term loan, in addition, three fishing farms transferred funds to the Shipyard to replenish the Authorized Fund, also in the form of a long-term loan.
- In 1971, the inter-farm shipyard paid all debts on long-term loans, while remaining an inter-farm shipyard.
- On October 11, 1991, at a meeting of authorized fishing collective farms, at the request of the collective farm collective shipyard, a decision was made to provide it with full economic and legal independence with conversion to the Akhtarskaya Shipyard enterprise and the property of the collective farm shipyard was transferred free of charge into the possession, use and disposal of the labor collective.
- On December 17, 1991, a Memorandum of Association was signed on the establishment of a mixed partnership "Enterprise Akhtarskaya Shipyard" and on December 20, 1991 the company was registered.
- On June 21, 1995, at a meeting of the founders of ST Akhtarskaya Shipyard Enterprise, a decision was made to reorganize the enterprise into the Akhtarskaya Shipyard Open Joint-Stock Company and on 5 July 1995 Akhtarskaya Shipyard OJSC was registered.
- Since the mid-90s, the Akhtarskaya shipyard has mastered the production of specialized vessels - fire boats , diving boats , research vessels, service boats, offshore drilling platforms. These vessels are operated by such structures as SSC FSUE Yuzhmorgeologiya, the city of Gelendzhik , a research vessel; Taganrog UGPS - a fire boat for servicing the marine area;
- On May 28, 1998, it was decided to establish an enterprise LLC CC “Sudomarket”. The founders of the company are Akhtarskaya Shipyard OJSC Remsnab OJSC.
- In 2004, the shipyard mastered the production of sea buoys . In 2006 and 2007, two self-propelled geological exploration drilling platforms were built and shipped to Ust-Luga for the construction of a mooring complex. In 2007, the construction of the lead ship of the seiner - trawler "Akhtarets" [1] and a car ferry for the Don River was completed. The production of dredgers of the Akhtarets project of various standard sizes and purposes was mastered.
Ship repair was carried out: PTS , SES, PTR, sea and river tugs .
- In 2008, the shipyard handed over to the customer a research vessel, and also developed and manufactured a self-propelled offshore platform for drilling operations. By the end of 2008, it was planned to complete the 1st stage of the slipway reconstruction, which would make it possible to accept vessels with a dock weight of up to 400 tons and a length of up to 40 meters
- In 2009, work was planned to repair the ships of the Navy .
- In 2009, it was signed with Rosagroleasing OJSC - a contract for the construction of 82 small-sized fishing vessels BP-74, on leasing for fisheries in the south of Russia [2]
- On March 28, 2009, a contract was signed with Rostovnefteprodukt CJSC for the construction and delivery of floating gas stations. These stations will serve and bunker ships, yachts, waterbikes and other boats in the waters of Russia, in particular in the Azov-Black Sea and Volga-Don basins. [3]
- 2009-2010 Fulfillment of the State order for the construction of a dry cargo chemical carrier for Turkey, Ankara.
- 2011-2012 Construction of fishing trawlers, dredgers and other boats.
Sudomarket today
Currently, CC “Sudomarket” is a part of the Doninflot Group holding, which unites over a dozen shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises located on the Volga and Don rivers in the Azov-Black Sea basin.
