Proctorenyxidae (lat.) - A family of proctotrupoid riders ( Proctotrupoidea ). 2 species (Russian Far East and China ). Length 10-14 mm. Largest members of the Proctotrupoidea superfamily, typically less than 5 mm in size. The antennae of males consist of 15 segments. The mandibular palps consist of 4 segments, and the lower labial palps consist of 3. The abdomen with an elongated petiol (it is 3.5 times longer than its width). The legs are 5-segmented. Formula of spurs of tibia: 1-2-2. Swivels of legs 2-segmented. Coloring is black, legs and antennae are lighter (reddish-brown) [2] . The original name of the family Renyxidae Kozlov, 1994 was replaced by Proctorenyxidae Lelej et Kozlov, 1999 , since the name of the type genus Renyxa Kozlov, 1999 turned out to be preoccupied by the genus of tapeworms, the cestode Renyxa Kurochkin & Slankis, 1973 ( Cestoda ) [1] [3] . The species Hsiufuropronia chaoi Yang described in 1997 , 1997 (named after Professor Prof. Chao Hsiufu ) was originally included in the Roproniidae family [4] .
