The flag is based on the coat of arms of the municipality of Kudymkar municipal district according to the rules and relevant traditions of heraldry and reflects historical, cultural, socio-economic traditions
Description
βA rectangular panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, divided vertically into three unequal parts: green at the shaft in 1/5width of the cloth, white in the middle of 3/5 of the width of the cloth and green at the free edge of 1/5 of the width of the cloth, and bearing in the center of the white strip an image of figures from the coat of arms of the region: a Permian Komi hunter and feathers; the images are in yellow, red, black, gray and white. β
Symbols
The main figure of the flag, the Perm Komi hunter, indicates the historical past of the territory inhabited by the Perm Komi people, one of the main occupations of which was hunting. The hunter Komi Permyak is depicted standing straight and turned to the right, leaning with his right hand on a black spear with a silver tip placed in a pole, with lush golden hair and a beard, in a scarlet shirt, black striped pants, black cats with scarlet ties and silver onuchi and black sleeveless outerwear, girded with a silver belt with an ornament and a silver knife closed behind it.
Perna is a solar symbol, part of the national pattern of the Komi-Permyaks.
White color ( silver ) is a symbol of perfection, nobility, purity, faith, peace.
Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of the highest value, wealth, greatness, strength, strength and generosity.
Red color symbolizes labor, prosperity, beauty and celebration.
Black color symbolizes fertility, while black color symbolizes wisdom, stability, constancy.
Green color shows the rich nature of the territory, in addition, green color is a symbol of rebirth, life, joy and prosperity.
