From a wealthy family. In the late 1920s studied at the law department of the University of Paris . In the metropolis, he joined the Independent Vietnam Party . In 1929, he transferred to Trotskyist positions. In France, he collaborated with the newspaper La Lutte de Klyass . In 1930, he was expelled from the metropolis to Kokhinkhina , where, together with his comrades, he founded the underground organization of the Indochinese Left Opposition . In 1933 he participated in the creation of the newspaper La Lutte and collaborated with the literary review Dongnai .
All R. 1930s he moved from Kokhinkhina to Tonkin , where he collaborated with the Tonkin Marxist newspapers "Travai" (Trud), "Progre Social " ("Social Progress"). Since 1937 he has been publishing his own newspaper , Funy Tojdam (Women’s Tribune). Departing from Trotskyism . In 1945, Mr .. in Saigon led the nationalist organization " Group of Intellectuals ", part of the National United Front . During the August Revolution, he was the head of the secret police of Kokhinkhina . Killed by Vietnam supporters.
